Mod 2 Half Round
The Mod 2 is based off my original half round design with a few improvements. I collaborated with “Slickbald” Chris Andre to design a knife to his liking. It features a swept under main blade design for long straight cuts and a narrower point on the short side for making small intricate cuts that require tight turns. The blade has a distal taper from the hilt to leading edge with a near zero grind. The handle has an ergonomic full palm design with narrow indexing for a secure feel when pushing and maneuvering the blade. The Mod 2 has a full tang construction with heirloom fitted handle scales.
Handle Material: Dymalux laminate wood - Rosewood
Steel: 52100 high-carbon
Rockwell hardness: Ranging between 58-60 HRC
Blade length: 3-3/4” tip to tip
